Pippa Norris, from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, has requested feedback from the CSES user community on her forthcoming book, “Electoral Engineering: Voting Rules and Political Behavior.” The book examines the role of electoral rules in shaping voting behavior and political representation, using analyses drawn from the CSES.
