Dear Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (CSES) user community,

We write on two important matters:

First, for those of you that will be at the ECPR General Conference 2015 in Montreal, Canada, we invite you to attend a reception to honor the winner of the 2015 GESIS Klingemann Prize for the Best CSES Scholarship.

The event will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 19:30 (7:30pm) in room Salon Francois Chevrette of the Maximilien-Caron building. The location is subject to change so please verify it in the final program at the conference.

The reception will include hors d’oeuvres, beverages, an update about the CSES project, and a short video presentation of the winning work, which is: “Party Polarization and Mass Partisanship: A Comparative Perspective” by Noam Lupu of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

We look forward to seeing many of you there!

Second, if you will be making a presentation at an upcoming conference, and the presentation makes use of the CSES, please let us know about it by email to “[email protected]” so that we can promote your work.

The upcoming presentations we are currently aware of are as follows. Locations, times, and dates are subject to change, so please check the final program at the conference. We will continue to update this list as we learn of new presentations.
